But Tom has been concentrating on all aspects of environmental protection for over fifteen years and has spent millions of his own money to keep these issues in the forefront of California and national politics. Our endorsement is based on the extraordinary actions of a committed environmentalist, not just words. Under Tom’s leadership California will remain one of the major forces worldwide for a healthy environment and for a future that is not the climate nightmare that now haunts the dreams of younger generations.
